jack3d microJack3d Micro is a great supplement. It’s all natural, contains great ingredients and even has lower stim content than most supplements out there. However, it doesn’t have everything, which is why you gotta choose other supplements wisely to personalize your killer stack!

Now Creatine (Cr) on the other hand can be an ingredient or a great standalone supplement. There are several forms of Cr with various benefits and disadvantages.

Does Jack3d Micro contain Creatine?

The answer is no. Whatever the reason USPLabs did not put Cr in Jack3d Micro, we’ll never know. But stiff upper lip! Look at this on the bright side. If you want the awesome benefits of creatine along with Jack3d Micro’s patented formulas, you can pick and choose what Cr supplement you want to be stacked with Jack3d Micro!

The Benefits of Creatine with Jack3d Micro

More Creatine means more energy! Cr is capable of replenishing ATP inside cells specially muscle cells. Adenosine Triphosphate or ATP is cell fuel. Without enough ATP, muscle cells won’t be able to contract properly. However, you can’t just “drink” ATP or push it into your blood stream. ATP is made in the cell itself and there are only several ways to really “increase” ATP.

One is through eating of food containing energy in the form of glucose. Unfortunately, even if you eat “a lot” of food, your cell will only make enough ATP to sustain itself.

The second way is better. You take Cr. The ingredient makes it possible for the cell to quickly replenish ATP from its “spent” or used up form called Adenosine Triphosphate (ADP).

The Different Types of Creatine

There are several types of Cr each with benefits and side effects. You can’t just buy Cr anywhere and hope for the best results. You need to choose the right type for your workout and for your stack.

Creatine Monohydrate (CM) – The most common and well known type. It’s just Cr attached to a water molecule. A tub can contain 88% Cr and 12% water. Studies have used this form extensively. It’s a safer form of the ingredient.

Creatine Phosphate (CPh) – If you want explosive power, consider using CP. In most supplements, it’s 63% Cr with 37% phosphate. Ideally, the phosphate helps replenish the lost phosphate in ADP back into ATP. In theory, it’s better but there have been no studies that have proven this.

Creatine Pyruvate (CPy) – 60% Cr and 40% Pyruvate. Theoretically, the combination helps combat the fatigue effects of Lactic acid. One study showed how it’s better than most Cr forms but more studies should be done before this can be proved.

Creatine Citrate (CC) – About 60 to 70% Cr and the rest with Citrate. Purportedly capable of countering fatigue but no studies have proved it yet.

Creatine Esters – Cr linked with methanol or ethanol. Some studies have found Cr linked with an alcohol to be highly bioavailable. It does make Cr more bioavailable compared to its monohydrate form.

Creatine HCl – Creatine bound with hydrochloride. A relatively new form created in 2009. More than 50 times soluble than Creatine monohydrate.

There several more forms of Cr but these are the main types that you can choose to stack with Jack3d Micro.

Choosing the Right Creatine for the Jack3d Micro Stack

If you want a stable Cr supplement with your stack, it’s best to choose Cr Monohydrate (CM). You can find tons of supplements with CM or just CM alone. To save on money, choose CM-only supplements that you can buy in bulk. 5 grams a day will help you achieve your muscle mass goals.

However, many bodybuilders are now leaning towards Creatine HCl (CrHCl). Because of its bioavailability, you can take a lower dose compared to CM.

If you want to enjoy pre-made supplements, you can stack several great supplements with the main ingredient as Cr. Gaspari SizeOn or MuscleTech Cell-Tech will stack well with Jack3d Micro.

When to Take Creatine Monohydrate

So now you’ve found the Creatine supplement you want with Jack3d Micro. However, when is the best time to take Cr?

Early Morning – A good loading dose in the morning will last throughout the day. Will help a lot of you prefer to lift weights after your day job or work.

Post Workout – Catch muscle fatigue off guard with a post workout dose. Good for those who like to work out before going to work.

Divided dose – For the micro planner, divide the dose as you see fit all throughout the day. It requires a lot of planning though.

Now you’re all set to maximize Jack3d Micro with a good stack of Creatine supplement of your choosing!
